... I'm done O.O

Wow. Two years of the University of Florida are over. It was crazy at times and mellow at others, but I am finally done. Hello stress free and fun with books and baking summer!!! WOOO!!!!

In the storm.. There is Peace

Hello, remember how I mentioned that this week would be a bit harsh because I would have many things due at the same time? Well, I added another one to the list and now I have one thing due for every class. How can you do such a terrible thing? You ask. Well, for me this means that I will have less work to worry about next week, where I have three exams and a final project to worry about. The more I can distribute in these two crazy weeks the better. Besides, I already finished one of my projects, two of them are almost done and the last one is relatively easy. Tho most amazing part of this journey was the ability to go around my day without turning to drugs, or any other kind of harming "help" in order to finish all my projects. To those who need those in order to finish everything they have due in the end of the semester: I'm doing it and the need to go that route is nonexistent. My secret? Jesus. Why can't you? :) Have an amazing week everyone!

As stress builds, end Comes Near!

Hi!! I was supposed to post something yesterday; however, I was not able to because I forgot. By the time I remembered it was too late and I was tired. Therefore I am doing that today! Stress is slowly building up because many things are due next week and I am being a bit lazy. Fortunately, things are changing and I am being more committed because I can clearly see the light at the end of the tunnel. Graduation!

Planning the Semester!

Since there is a very small amount of time before the semester is over, I decided to plan EVERYTHING that I need to do. Not only that, but since I'll have something due every Friday until May I wanted to plan with time on my side. I am excited to see how things plan out and sincerely hope I can push myself enough in order to do this. FIGHTING! LOL!

LATE!

Just as the title above says, I'm very sorry I'm late this week. Nothing much is in the horizon, just finishing my studies in order to graduate and continue to grad school. I took the day off today, but will continue studying and giving my best tomorrow! I also would need to work on my recipes to sell on the summer, get a summer job, and continue with grad school arrangements. But for now, have a nice end of the week!

Full Throttle

At the moment, there is the time where classes want to continue at their pace by giving us midterms after Spring Break. It is AGONY, especially when our minds are a bit burned from so much sun and rest. Now only that, but I started having several plans for after graduation and I really want to put them in practice, but I cannot because I have got to study. Great. Thank God I actually LIKE what I study for. I am trying to find something to keep me sane during this time, but even baking has its amount of stress. Let's just say I will be doing a lot of baking for the summer and I have to do a business plan! See? Well, we'll see how the future turns out. Until then, read and enjoy!

Spring Break Study!

Spring Break is Here! I already made a pastry called quesitos and home-made brownies.. they were delicious. But the highlight of this week will be a cheesecake :) I will post a picture, don't worry lol For now, I'm studying with my boyfriend and enjoying my time before I got to stress out until graduation.
